She spent a session with Perri where I was allowed to join and also help out with some coaching. Jen soaked up what Perri had to say and you could see the differences in her technique really start to show through as she got more and more used to what she was aiming for. Even the 200m at the end was almost a whole split faster than the one at the beginning. A testament to the power of the legs! I am excited to see how Jen does this year with her new found rowing technique, hopefully some of the Crossfit workouts include a good amount of rowing.
