Do you love jalapeno poppers, but hate having to deal with all the prep and clean up every time you just want to cook up a few ? Well today I am going to share how I make my poppers ahead of time as they are coming off the pepper plants and then prep and store them so they are all ready to go when company comes over and I just want to eat up a few.
INGREDIENTS:
*Jalapenos
*Cream Cheese
*Bacon
DIRECTIONS:
*Remove the seeds and core of each jalapeno
*Stuff each jalapeno with cream cheese
*Cut each bacon strip in half
*Wrap bacon strip around each jalapeno
*Bake in oven at 400 degrees for about 20 - 25 min until crispy and ready to eat !
