●第24回まつだ桜まつり（西平畑公園 神奈川県松田町）
西平畑公園は松田山にある富士山や相模湾を一望できる観光スポットで、松田山の斜面には約３６０本の河津桜が植えられています。今回、タイミングが合ったので個人的には初めての訪問となりました。急斜面に咲く河津桜と菜の花のコラボレーションが素晴らしいです。これで富士山も見えればバッチリなんですが、今回は少しだけ見る事が出来ました。
松田山の桜散策路ですが、「関東の富士見百景」に選出されているそうです。
この日は平日なのにも関わらずかなりの人出でした。土日祝は大変混雑が予想されます。
ちなみにＪＲ松田駅からはシャトルバスが約15分間隔で運行しています。
