I am Max Capacity Coffee Roasting with the Kaleido M10 Coffee Roaster in this video. The purpose is to highlight the powerful Kaleido M10 and to show you what happens when you max-capacity your coffee roaster. I've owned this Kaleido M10 2nd generation sealed unit coffee roaster for 9 months. Having roasted well over 100 roasts, I have come to really love this roaster. It can roast 400 grams - 1.2 kilos all day long.
As I Max Capacity Coffee Roasting with the Kaleido M10, notice the shallow descending rate of rise. This is because I am conserving my momentum. With a maximum capacity, I need every bit of energy while trying to have a descending rate of rise.
