The McCallum Drumline and Front Ensemble competed at the 2022 Thunder In The Hills Percussion Invitational in Dripping Springs. The Mac Percussion Section placed 1st out of 5 bands in the Advanced Small division and was awarded the "Best Snare Line" caption.
Percussion director for the Mac Band is Ryan Pride. Student leaders for the percussion section are Huck Langford, Thomas Ross, Dash Maroney, Oliver Harrington, and Ellie Knoll.
