Ingredients
12-16 Eggs
1 LB Sausage
3 Cups Cottage Cheese
1 Red Bell Pepper
1 Yellow Bell Pepper
1/2 Onion
1-2 Cups Cheddar Cheese
1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese
1/2 tsp Onion Powder
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Oregano
1 tsp Chives
1 tsp Pepper
1-2 tsp Celtic Salt
Optional add in ingredients
Steak
Roast beef
Bacon
Chicken
Turkey
Seafood
Spinach
Tomatoes
Broccoli
Goat cheese
Feta
Directions
Cook the sausage
Chop the veggies
Add it all the the pan (I used a 13X9)
Shred your cheeses
In a mixer combine all the eggs and cottage cheese and spices.
Add it to the pan with some of the cheese and stir to combine
Add a little cheese to the top and bake at 350° until it’s finished. There shouldn’t be anything liquid in it. (Mine took 1 hour)
Let it cool and enjoy
Store on the fridge or freezer
