550 g ground meat (beef & pork 50%)
1 large onion
2 garlic cloves
100 g tomato sauce (3.57 oz)
2 tbsp raisins
Parmesan cheese
1 litre Milk
100 g Butter
100 g all purpose Flour (3/4 cup)
Nutmeg, Salt and Pepper
