Chef Frank shares his grandmother’s recipe for meatballs in brown onion gravy. INGREDIENTS Meatballs 1lb ground beef 2 tbsp minced onion 2 tbsp minced bell pepper 1/2 tsp onion powder 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp black pepper 2 tbsp kitchen bouquet 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 1/3 cup milk 1 egg 1 1/2 cups sliced onion 2 tbsp flour 4 tbsp veg oil 3 cups water Recipe 1. Combine all ingredients to make meatballs. Form golf ball size balls. Sauté...DON’T BURN 2. Remove meatballs from pan. 3. Sauté onions. 4. Add 2 tbsp flour and 2 tbsp veg oil. 5. Cook out the flour 6. Gradually add 3 Cups water. 7. Add 2 tbsp kitchen bouquet salt and pepper. 8. Reduce to desired thickness. 9.
