Place all the breadcrumbs in a bowl and stir in the creamer until they moisten Add the remaining ingredients and mix well Using half the mixture form a mound on a baking dish rounding the top and smoothing the sides Using the back of a spoon mark a line down the center Pour the BBQ sauce as desired and baste the entire loaf Bake until firm and golden brown
