About 2 years ago i made a video covering a best chain lube recommendations article by Bike Rumor as it was a pretty textbook case of how sometimes cycling publications really struggle re assessing chain lubricants.
I keep an eye on how cycling media / tech writers are going in general on this front, and will look to cover / critique more media articles this year vs previous to keep on eye on how things are trending.
Have Bike Rumor improved since the last article? Along the way in discussing the points there should be some good learnings covered re chain lubrication, what is born out from the control testing, and what is still very much not proven.
I apologise again for the length, despite promises to focus more time on wording i just pushed through in the end, and faded a bit. I will see if i have time to do better next vid or really have to take multiple weeks to put one together better. Anyhoo - see how we go!
