650g Mashed Potato 650克 马铃薯泥
40g Ground roasted peanuts 45克 花生碎
3 tablespoon Sugar 3汤匙 糖
1 teaspoon Salt 1茶匙 盐
1 tablespoon Dark soy sauce

1kg Yellow Noodle 1公斤 黄面
100g Beans sprouts 100克 豆芽
6 Eggs 6粒 鸡蛋
4 Green chilli, sliced 4条 青辣椒, 切片
8 Fried Shallots, sliced 8粒 炸葱头
50g Shrimps 50克 小虾苗
3 Tau Kwa 3片 豆干
8 Lime 8粒 酸干
