The Mundari are a Nilotic ethnic group from South Sudan, primarily cattle-herders and agriculturalists, living around Terekeka in Central Equatoria, 75 km north of Juba. Cattle are central to their culture, serving as food, currency, and a status symbol. Marriages are arranged through cattle offerings, and men can take multiple wives. The Mundari also engage in seasonal cattle raids with the Bor Dinka.
