I originally intended for the title to reflect her status as a NEET, but figured it might be more accessible for those unfamiliar with the term to see something more self-explanatory in the title. However, her subtitles still reflect her original designation. Another idea was hikikomori as I felt that better described her overall character, but I figured some people may be unfamiliar with that as well.
