Menendez brothers will have a resentencing hearing, judge rules

Los Angeles County District Attorney Nathan Hochman ruled that the Menendez brothers' resentencing hearings are able to move forward. Erik and Lyle Menendez have been behind bars for more than 30 years for the 1989 murders of their parents Jose and Kitty Menendez.
