1 sdm bumbu racik
1 sdt garam
1/2 sdt lada bubuk
Bahan Tepung:
500gr terigu protein sedang (5.500)
2 sdm tepung maizena
1 sdt garam
1/2 sdm bawang putih bubuk (500)
1/2 sdm kaldu ayam bubuk
1 sdt merica bubuk
1 sdt soda kue
air secukupnya untuk adonan basah
1kg beras (8000)
Sambal:
125gr cabe rawit merah (4500)
25gr cabe merah keriting (900)
5 siung bawang putih (1000)
100ml minyak goreng (1400)
1 sdt garam
1 sdt kaldu ayam bubuk
1 sdt gula pasir
1/4 sdt micin
1 timun ukuran besar (1000)
15 box sterofoam (4500)
minyak+gas (5000)
Modal -+ 47.300 dapat 15 box.
Modal per box= 47.300 : 15 = 3153
Jual 5000, omset= 5000 x 15 = 75.000
Untung= omset - modal
= 75.000 - 47.300
= 27.700
Bisa jual 5000an atau 6000 sesuaikan dengan daerah masing-masing.

10 siung bawang merah/30gr (1000)
2 siung bawang putih
1 sdt garam
1 sdt sasa micin
1/2 sdm gula pasir
1/2 sdt kaldu ayam bubuk
1 jeruk limo
150ml minyak goreng (2100)
Bahan Telur:
1/2kg telur ayam (15.000)
1 sdt garam
1/2 sdt kaldu ayam bubuk
1/4 sdt lada bubuk
Bahan Tepung Krispy:
1/2kg terigu protein sedang (5500)
2 sdm tepung maizena
1 sdt garam
1/2 sdm bawang putih bubuk
1/2 sdm kaldu ayam bubuk
1/4 sdt lada bubuk
1 sdt soda kue
air secukupnya
minyak+gas (5000)
timun (1500)
16pcs box panjang (4800)
Modal -+ 49.300 dapat 16 box.
Modal per box= 49.300 : 16 = 3081
Jika jual 5000, omset= 5000x16 = 80.000
Untung= omset - modal
= 80.000 - 49.300
