For the best ending, we will complete the game in less than an hour while collecting all the items and upgrades:
21 Missile Tanks, 8 Energy Tanks, Morph Ball, Bomb, both Ice Beams, Varia Suit, Long Beam, High Jump Boots, Screw Attack and Wave Beam.
This playthrough is damageless, but it's impossible to avoid the damage in the door transition after Ridley without glitches, so that's the only exception I made.
