Mexican Chicken & Rice
1.5 cups of rice
1 packet of taco season to rice
add one can of black beans
1 small can of rotel with lime & cilantro
put rack in lower position
add 1.5lbs of cubed chicken breats seasoned with taco season packet, salt & garlic, and paprika.
Speedy Meal for 15min
then add 1 onion cut up,fresh cilantro & 1 squeezed lime to rice and mix on sear and saute for 2.5min
