Au explanation: So in this au pirates and marines exist but don’t interact with hero’s and villains. Marines and pirates are like the hero’s and villains of the ocean and u can only be one if u are born in a village or near water. Hero’s and villains live in the middle of the country where there is no ocean. The hero and villain People all have a gene in them which allows them to be born with a supernatural power while the pirates and marines are born without them and need to obtain a devil fruit for them to have powers. Hero’s and villains don’t know much about the marines and stuff but they all know the names: big mom, shanks, kaido, white beard and dragon as dangerous pirates and people from the sea to stay away from, they do not know what there bounty’s are but they know there dangerous. Luffy somehow was taken away from sea as a kid grew up in the middle but snuck of back to the sea without notice.
