The ensemble will perform song and dance "Colourful Guizhou" and many award-winning works in the programme. These include Miao dance "The Wooden Drums of Fanpai", men's group dance "Basha, Transmigration and Hunters", Tong dance "Duoye" and Yao dance "Stamping to the Beat of Drums" (the pre-opening programme of the 2008 Beijing Olympics) that won major awards at the 3rd All China Variety Showcase of Ethnic Minority Groups in 2006; and "Flowers Bloom in the Balmy Spring Air" that won the bronze medal at the 4th Dance Contest held by China Central Television in 2007
