Quincy Jones' background and his encounter with Michael
Before teaming up with Michael, Quincy Jones was widely known as a jazz master, film music composer, and pop music producer. The two first met on the set of the 1978 film The Wiz. 3. Bad (1987) — Further Challenges and Evolution
In Bad, Michael pursued a more aggressive and edgy sound, and he himself was involved in the production of many of the songs. This work strongly reflects his creative vision.
