Marine microalgae are widely studied for their high oil content. They grow rapidly and can accumulate a significant amount of lipids (oil) within their cells, making them the potential candidate for biofuel production. An efficient harvesting and monitoring mechanism of marine microalgae species is studied here to aggregate microalgae with better recovery efficiency and lower energy utilization in the process.
