Microdiscectomy Recovery Day 1, L4 - L5 (I just got home from hospital!)

I want to add my voice of information and hope to others out there. I had an L4 - L5 Lumbar Microdosctectomy to clean out the spinal canal from a herniated disc. This is a day 1 recovery vlog.
