I'm going to show you how to create a flow, with Power Automate, to move an item in Microsoft Lists from one list to another. It's really simple to set up and you can then use Power Automate to create other useful flows!
Why move a list item? Maybe you would like to archive items once they are completed or you just need to move items to another list for a different reason.
Power Automate Flow helps you create automated workflows between apps and services to synchronize files, get notifications, collect data, and more. Microsoft Lists and Power Automate are both part of Microsoft 365. Microsoft Lists is a work management and tracking tool that integrates with Microsoft Teams.
