🟣 In Artvin Arhavi's Pontucur village, Naplat neighborhood, Özhan Tektabak and his friend Furkan Aksoy take the cows to Arhavi's Dikme plateau with the arrival of summer. Özhan, who loves his animals very much and wanted to be a transhumance since his childhood, says that he realized his dream in 2017. Friends, who try to maintain centuries-old traditions from clothing to preparation, are experiencing the excitement of going to the plateau. Saying that they are Laz, Özhan is aware that the culture they live in is rich for his country and he is very happy about it. Even though his mother, Mediha Tektabak, wanted him to study, Özhan followed his dream and started doing animal husbandry.
Drawing attention to the current state of the plateaus and our nature, he writes for the epic (lament) they wrote and sang as a reaction to this: We would like to thank Hanife Çamkerten Maçça, kemenche player: Yaşar Eskivar, vocalists: Nuran Bengli Eskivar and Gül Terzi Bakoğlu.
