Testing the one solution of Mike Ware's Cyanotype.
1) In a container, add to a 100ml of distilled water 30gr of Ammonium Iron Oxalate
2) Add 10gr of Potassium Ferricyanide
3) As a preservative add 0.1gr of Ammonium Dichromate (Optional)
or a few drops of an essential oil to make the emulsion last longer.
4) Mix and place the container on a heat source and mix till all dissolve completely.
5) Cover the container and place it in a cool place overnight
6) Use a funnel and a coffee filter to separate the emulsion and the crystals
7) Store the emulsion in an amber bottle

Testing the emulsion:
Add a bit of citric acid to a few MLs of the Ware solution, coat your sized paper, let it dry and expose for third of the time of your regular Cyanotype, spray a 1% solution of HCL (Hydrochloric Acid) and then rinse in water.
