23 साल की पालक अरोड़ा ने कोरोना काल 2020 में मोटे अनाज यानी #Millets पर अपनी रिसर्च शुरू की। उसके बाद उन्होंने 2022 में SatGuru Superfoods ब्रांड के नाम से अपने प्रॉडक्टस को मार्केट में उतारा। पलक ने NIFTEM संस्थान से फ़ूड टेक्नोलॉजी एंड मैनेजमेंट में बीटेक की डिग्री ली हुई है। उन्होंने बताया कि कैसे पोषक अनाजों की खेती किसानों के लिए फ़ायदेमंद हो सकती है।
