Minuteman Steam Episode 4: The P-1 and P-2 Pacifics

The 4-6-2 "Pacific" type steam locomotive was the heavy-hitter for passenger trains on the Boston & Maine Railroad from 1910 to the end of steam in 1956. Particularly common were the P-1 and P-2 classes, whose commonality made them somewhat underappreciated; that is, until they became the last operating steamers on the Route of the Minuteman.
