Feeler Gauge/Thickness Gauge 2. 24mm wrench/close wrench or socket+ratchet 3. 8mm close wrench 4. 14mm socket + ratchet with extension 5. Philip Screw STEP 1: Tanggalin ang Engine Cover STEP 2: Tanggalin ang Tappet Cover STEP 3: Iikot sa may magneto hanggang tumapat ang letter I dun sa may arrow marker. Icheck ang tope kung umaalog, at pag hindi pa, isa pang ikot uli sa may magneto, paclockwise, at muling itapat ang letter I dun sa may marker. Icheck muli ang tope kung umaalog na, at pag umaalog na, ito po ay nasa top dead center na. Masmainam po sa mga baguhan, ay icheck po ang timing, dun sa may timing gear. Kakailanganin po natin ng 5mm allen wrench para mabuksan ang timing cover. Dapat po yung guhit sa may timing gear, ay nakatapat din po sa may arrow marker. STEP 4: Paluwagan ang nut sa may tope, at pag maluwag na, gagamit na tayo ng feeler gauge/thickness gauge. Sukatin sa tamang clearance ang nasa pagitan ng rocker arm at valve tappet. STEP 5: Pag nasukat na sa tamang clearance, ay pahigpitan na muli ang nut gamit ang 8mm close wrench, at ipitin ang dulo ng valve stem gamit ang long nose para hindi ito sumama sa paghigpit ng nut. STEP 6: Parehas na proseso din sa may exhaust valve. Gawin din ito gaya ng ginawa sa intake valve at iadjust sa tamang clearance. STEP 7: Ibalik lahat ng tinanggal :).
