Three of us took on this 322 km adventure with two kayaks and a canoe. It was planned for 14 days, and we finished it in 11 due to lack of campsites further along the journey.
This was by far the most mentally challenging trip so far. Between the poor weather (rained 8/11 days), the temperatures dropping to 6 C in July, the bugs (sand flies, black flies, mosquitos, deer flies and horse flies), the number of portages (total of 5.5 km one way) and the physical exertion of three 50 km days, it was tough.
I have to say that the rapids were a lot of fun though. They are always my favourite part of any trip. I filmed as many as I could for your viewing pleasure.
