In this video we take a look at a brand new 24-bit I/O board from Retrocastle (yes finally 24-bit!!!) and build a new MiSTer FPGA system from scratch. We'll go over all the parts I used, how to build it and how to get the MiSTer up and running.
This video also features a brand new MiSTer mount that I've designed and produced myself utilizing hot-swappable Daemonbite adapters for NES, SNES, N64, Sega Genesis and Sega Saturn original controllers. I designed the stand in Fusion 360 and 3D printed it myself. In the very near future I will have access to a new 3D printer, which will allow for significantly higher quality prints than what are seen in the video. I'm super excited for that.
