Theus Mago는 멕시코 프로듀서 Mateo González의 알터 에고로, Kitsuné/Discotexas의 Bufi, Turbo Recordings의 Sonido Fantasma 등의 댄스 음악 프로젝트를 담당하고 있으며 현재는 레이블 Duro의 공동 대표이다. Theus Mago는 Mateo의 새로운 면으로 어두운 실험적 리듬이 파티 댄스플로어의 엄격함과 만나는 곳이다. 2015년, Theus Mago는 프랑스/독일 레이블 Correspondant를 통해 "Ritmo Extraterrestre"를 발매했으며, Solomun, Dixon, Âme 및 Haai와 같은 아티스트들의 신속한 지원을 받으며 꾸준한 월드 투어 일정을 시작했다. Mateo의 알터 에고는 최근에 Lumiere Noire, Turbo Recordings, Optimo, Ombra Intl, Duro, Feines Tier, Correspondant 및 Pets Recordings 등과 같은 전 세계의 레이블에서 안정적인 발매를 이어가고 있다.
Theus Mago is the alter ego of Mexican producer Ma- teo González, responsible for dance music projects such as Bufi (Kitsuné/Discotexas), Sonido Fantasma (Tur- bo Recordings) and currently co-head of label Duro. Theus Mago is a new side of Mateo obscure experimen- tal rhythms meet the rigourness of the party dancefloor. In 2015, Theus Mago released “Ritmo Extraterrestre” through the french/german label Correspondant, earn- ing quick support from the likes of Solomun, Dixon, Âme and Haai, kicking off
a constantly busy world touring schedule. Mateo’s alter ego has lately been on a steady streak of solid releases, including labels around the globe such as Lumiere Noire, Turbo Recordings, Optimo, Ombra Intl, Duro, Feines Tier, Corre- spondant and Pets Recordings, among many others.
