Most scrumptious mixed pickle, you will be finger-licking when you eat this pickle. It is mouthwatering and most delicious. Enjoy it with simple daal chaawal, khichrhi, any qeema dish, or with just roti or paratha. Remember not to use wet spoon or put back leftover pickle in the jar. It's instant achaar, but because of vinegar, it will last about a year.
Ingredients:
Carrot, Mooli, Gobi, Phaliyan, Hari Mirch, Adrak, Garlic altogether 1 1/2 kg
Masala to dry roast:
Whole Dhaniya / Coriander 3 tbsp
Zeera / Cumin Seeds 1 1/2 tbsp
Methis Dana / Fenugreek 1 1/2 tbsp
Saunf / Fennel Seeds 4 1/2 tbsp
Ajwain / Carrom Seeds 1 1/2 tbsp
Kaali Mirch / Black Pepper 1 to 2 tbsp
Other Spices not to roast:
Split Yellow Mustard Seeds 3/4 cup
Turmeric 2 tbsp
Kasmiri Mirch Powder 2 to 3 tbsp
Mustard Oil 475 ml
White Vinegar 1 cup.
Salt 3 tbsp or according to taste
