Learning how to mix drums properly in logic or any DAW will help your beat stand out and make it a more prominent feature in your mix. The drums are a fundamental piece and arguably the most important part to your song. That's saying if your song even has drums. Of course it doesn't have to. However, if your song has drums and you're trying to get better a mixing then best way to learn how to mix drums is by mixing a lot of drums in order to train your ears. Mixing drums is all about enhancing and leveling the right frequencies so they really pop out of your mix. In this video I'll explain how you can go about about eq'ing, adding compression, and adding reverb too your drums.
