This animation movie is about super heroes moving around San Francisco. Every man could get his super hero from a comic book for his supporter. But when the super hero are in the hands of the wrong people, the city become chaotic. So, a teenage boy, who is interested in reading comic book volunteered himself to stop those greedy men.
