Labour expert Galeboe Modisapodi says the approach by Sports, Arts and
Culture Minister Gayton Mckenzie to exclude Africans from a vacancy
advertised in the department has no legal basis.
McKenzie is facing backlash over his department's job advert that
excludes black candidates.
He hit back at critics, saying he's ensuring that all race groups are
represented as per the Employment Equity Act.
Modisapodi says there's no legal argument that can be made to justify
the discrimination.
