West Palm Beach, FL - on December 20th 2024, Palm Beach County Sheriffs and West Palm Beach Police responded to a local apartment complex in reference to an eviction. After arriving on scene, deputies conducting the eviction find there are 3 children alone in the apartment. The children have no phone or no way of contacting anyone and there is also no utilities, food or furniture in the apartment. Deputies and officers attempt to contact the mother, Maxima Basil, 32 for hours before she arrived back to the apartment.
