4 types of Chai
Adrak elaichi wali chai
Water 1 cup
Milk 1 cup
Ginger 1 inch
Green cardamom 2 pcs
Cloves 2 pcs
Tea powder 2 tsp
Sugar 2 tsp
Heat a pan and boil water in it.
Take mortar and pestle, add ginger, green cardamom, cloves and pound it nicely .
In boiling water add pounded spices and boil it for 2 mins.
Add tea leaves, sugar, milk, boil and keep stirring.
Adrak elaichi wali chai is ready to serve.
Chai masala
Cinnamon 1 inch
Black cardamom 2 pcs
Black pepper 1 tsp
Fennel seeds 1 tsp
Green cardamom 3 pcs
Cloves 4 pcs
Nutmeg ¼ pc
Tea powder 2 tsp
Sugar 2 tsp
Water 1 cup
Milk 1 cup
Rose petals dried 2 tbsp
First take a pan and boil water in it.
Take mortar and pestle, add cinnamon, black cardamom, black pepper, fennel seeds, cloves, green cardamom, nutmeg and pound it nicely.
Add tea leaves, sugar and boil it.
Add chai masala, milk and boil it nicely.
In the end add dried rose petals and give it a simmer.
Masala chai is ready to serve.
Kadak chai
Tea powder 2 tsp
Water 1 cup
Sugar 2 tsp
Milk 1 cup
Saffron 8-9 strands
Take a pan and boil water.
Add tea leaves, sugar, milk and simmer it for 1-2 mins.
Lastly, add saffron and give it a boil.
Kadak chai is ready to serve.
Pudina wali chai
Water 1 cup
Tea powder 1 tsp
Ginger ½ inch
Green cardamom 2 pcs
Mint leaves 8-9 leaves
Milk ¾ cup
Take a pan boil water in it
Take mortar and pestle, add ginger, green cardamom and pound it nicely.
In the boiling water add tea leaves,pounded spices, mint leaves, sugar and simmer it for 2 mins.
Add milk to it and boil it nicely.
Pudinae wali chai is ready to serve.
