Remember it's Kong is covered with blood during Shimo stab but later when Godzilla look at the corpse of Kong it happens soon blood. Why? Here is the explanation try to experiment blood let it dry on the heat for a long time. Then the blood suddenly starts to turn brown.
That is why Kong's blood having shown on his own corpse because it is starting to be camouflage with his fur
