Severe winter storm walk in Downtown Montreal. It was a big storm, almost like a blizzard with up to 40cm accumulation of snow with strong winds. As seen in the video, people were struggling to walk and drive. The city could not keep up with the snow removal. My camera could not handle the elements and eventually gave up and froze.
