We went to Montreal, Canada to watch the World Figure Skating Championships 2024 held from March 22. Montreal is the largest city in the province of Quebec in Eastern Canada and is also known as the "Paris of North America," with a multicultural mix in a city where French culture is deeply rooted. The buildings and streets have a European atmosphere, and the city is famous for its gastronomy, including French cuisine. On this trip, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at a luxury hotel and delicious meals as well as watching figure skating. On the third and fourth days of our trip, we stayed at the Ritz-Carlton, Montreal, the oldest surviving Ritz-Carlton in North America. The hotel is rated as one of the finest hotels in Canada. Although not as glitzy as it should be, the hotel has been renovated in a modern way while retaining its tradition, prestige, and luxury, which made for a very elegant and comfortable stay. For dinner we went to the restaurant Jerome Ferrer Europea near the Center Bell to enjoy French gastronomy. This restaurant is a highly acclaimed restaurant in Canada and offers creative French course meals. The atmosphere of the restaurant was great, the creative dishes were delicious, and most of all, the elaborate and unique presentation and service was full of surprises, making it a very enjoyable dinner, which we don't often get to experience.. At the World Figure Skating Championships held at Center Bell, a high level of heated competition took place. We were thrilled to be able to watch the athletes perform from the second row of seats, which was very close to the rink, and we thoroughly enjoyed the sense of being there. Please look forward to our next video, Part 3 of our trip to Montreal, where we will report on the skating exhibition and the gourmet restaurant we visited the next day. We will continue to upload videos of the hotels, inns, and restaurants where we stayed, so please keep watching this channel, YouBoston Travel.
