This chutney exemplifies sustainable cooking and is loved for its unique flavor. #raddish #chutney #cooking #indiancuisine #chefharpalsingh #namakshamak Ingredients Quantity Radish leaves 1 bunch Fresh coriander leaves ½ bunch Carom seeds 1 tsp Green chilli 6 no Ginger 1 inch Water as required Ice cubed 10-15 no Mint leaves ½ cup Coriander leaves ¼ cup Salt to taste Black salt 2 tsp Dry mango powder 2 ½ tsp Cumin powder ½ tsp Red chilli powder ½ tsp Curd 3 tbsp Lemon juice 1 no Method :- 1. Take a radish leaves and pluck its leaves and remove the stem. 2. Wash the radish leaves thoroughly to remove any dirt. 3. Take a fresh coriander leaves and chop them roughly. 4. Place a non-stick pan and dry roast the carom seeds. 5. Take a mixer jar and add roughly chop coriander and radish leaves blend coarsely. 6. Now add more radish leaves, green chilli, ginger and water blend fine paste. 7. Take a bowl add ice cubed and side out blended chutney in a bowl. 8. In that mixer jar add mint leaves and coriander leaves blend well in paste. 9. Now add mint paste in radish chutney and mix well. 10. Add salt, black salt, dry mango powder, roasted cumin powder and red chilli powder mix well. 11. Crush the carom seeds slightly between your palms to release their aroma before mixing them in. 12. Add again black salt and dry mango powder mix well. 13. Take a bowl add curd and radish leaves chutney mix well. 14. Take a lemon and squeeze it into the radish leaves chutney and mix it well. 15. Now side out the both chutney in a serving bowl and Serve as a side with parathas, rotis, or dal-chawal.
