Ingredients:
Moong vadi sabzi:
Soaked moong dal - 1.5 cups
Put the dal in grinder jar
Green chilli - 4
Garlic cloves - 14 to 15
Salt to taste
Grind it
Add little water (clip is missing)
Grind it again
Onion - 1 cup
Tomato - 1/2 cup
Garlic cloves - 12
Ginger - 2 inch
Grind it into paste
Heat oil in a pan
Put the dal mixture
Fry it on medium flame
Take it out
Repeat the process
Heat 4 tbsp of oil
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Bay leaves. - 2
Asafoetida-1/4 tsp
Add blended paste
Mix it well
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Mix it well
Cook it for 5 mins
Add 4 tbsp of curd
Mix it well
Cook it for 3 mins
Add 2 cups of water
Add salt to taste
Mix it well
Let it come to boil
Add fried pakoda/vadi
Add coriander leaves
Cook it for 15 mins on low flame
Keep stirring in between
Check the vadi
Turn off the flame
Ready to serve
