Iced Coffee/Brew For Two recipe:
My suggested ratio: 22g coffee, 240g hot water, longer steep time of 4 minutes, and then press. For an iced coffee, have 160g of ice into the pitcher you press into. For a hot brew, add 160g of hot water to the pitcher to dilute to a regular concentration.
Competition Style Recipe:
Inverted method: 30g coffee, 100g water, steep for 40-45 seconds. Flip, press gently, & dilute liquid down with 100g water.
