The last video demonstrated a permutation test in R with a one sided alternative hypothesis (bio majors pay more for textbooks than sociology majors on average). This video shows how to program the permutation test for the other two options for alternative hypotheses:
- bio majors pay LESS for textbooks than sociology majors on average
- bio majors and sociology majors pay different amounts on average (no guess of which group pays more)
