Moringa Leaves

Ginger - 2 Tsp
Green Chilli - 1 No.
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 Tsp (Buy: https://amzn.to/2RC4fm4)
Chilli Powder - 1/2 Tsp (Buy: https://amzn.to/3b4yHyg)
Coriander Powder -1/2 Tsp (Buy: https://amzn.to/36nEgEq)
Cumin Powder - 1/2 Tsp

Water

Method:-
Take two cups of wheat flour, Add two tsp of freshly grated ginger, deseeded and finely chopped One green chilly, Quarter tsp of turmeric powder, Half tsp chilli powder, half tsp coriander powder, half tsp cumin powder, one tsp salt, one tsp ajwain, two tsp of oil, two handful of fresh moringa leaves and mix well.
You can also chop the leaves and mix together with the flour.
Gradually pour the required water and start mixing the dough.
Once the dough is ready, close the bowl and let it rest for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, divide the dough into equal size dough balls.
Dust the dough ball in the flour and place it on the rolling surface.
Start rolling out the chapathis gently and evenly.
If you feel that the leaves have moisture and sticky, you can dust with little flour.
Roll out all the dough balls in this manner.
Place a tawa on the stove, once it is hot, place the rolled out chapathis and allow it to cook on one side.
Once it is cooked, flip it to the other side and add ghee or oil.
Once it is cooked on both the sides, remove it from the tawa.
Serve this moringa chapathis nice and hot with some pickle and curd.
