Chicken drumsticks in marinade.
8 chicken drumsticks.
Marinade:
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp mustard
1 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp ground dried garlic
1 tsp Provencal herbs
a little black pepper
salt to taste
Mix all ingredients and marinate the chicken drumsticks in this marinade. Leave for at least 30 minutes, or better for several hours. Bake on a baking sheet covered with paper at 190–200 °C for 1 hour.

Chinese cabbage salad:
1/2 bunch of Chinese cabbage (about 500 g)
1 cucumber
1 can of canned corn (about 170-200 g)
bunch of parsley
handful of arugula
Salad dressing:
100 g sour cream or yogurt
1 tsp mustard
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar (or apple cider vinegar)
1 tsp honey
salt, pepper to taste
Chop the vegetables randomly, add corn, parsley, arugula.
Mix the ingredients for the sauce.
Dress the salad with the sauce.
The delicious and healthy salad is ready.
