These keys have undergone a lot of development since the first ones were introduced back in the early days of Morse code.
Today there's an enormous variety of Morse keys or Morse code keys available and in this video we'' explain what these keys are, the many different types that are available and we'll explain what you need to look for when buying a new one.
There are many options to choose from. There are many new ones ranging from the low cost ones to mid range and to the top range, and we take a look at these to see how they perform. The mid range is a Hi-Mound key and the top end one is a Bencher.
However we also take a look at a variety of older keys including a steel lever key, an old British Post Office (Walters Electrical) Morse key, and the WW2 British army keys: the WT-8AMP.
