The apparition of Mother Mary to Komoladevi occurred in 1994 in Odisha, India. Komoladevi, a Hindu woman, experienced a vision of Mother Mary asking her to build a church. Following this vision, a parish committee was established, and a grotto was constructed near a Banyan tree where the apparition took place. This event marked the beginning of the Partamaha Marian Shrine, which has since become a significant pilgrimage site.
The shrine's significance grew over the years, attracting thousands of pilgrims who come to honor Mother Mary and seek her blessings. The festival associated with this shrine has become an important cultural and spiritual event for the local community and beyond.
