Magic Water was the resin I used (by Unreal Details LLC)
I used XPS foam

I used Craft Smart acrylic paint for painting
I used Liquitex gloss fluid medium for the clouds (combine with Craft Smart paint)
I used Shields All to glue down everything as a final
step to the project.
I used Loctite's Power Grab (Low Odor, for foamboard) and Mod Podge matte glue to glue some of the foam pieces together.
I used Loctite's Power Grab to sculpt more form onto the mountain
