As we look at our own church's history and the wider movements of God, we've been invited to recognize and respond to God's activity around us. Throughout this history, God's moves have often been accompanied by the generous moves of His people- giving everything, even their very lives for the Gospel. From Abraham's willingness to give up his homeland to the Israelites' generous contributions for the tabernacle, to Stephen’s very life, God's movements have inspired generous responses. God has moved, and we celebrate it. God still moves, and we recognize it. And make no mistake about it... God is moving, and we want to join it - not just with our words and actions, but with every part of our lives.
